Project Linda Concept Dock for Razer Phone Turns It Into An Android Gaming Laptop

0 334

Last year, Razer unveiled the Razer Phone, a powerful Android phone designed with gamers in mind. Now, the company wants to take this experience one step further by allowing you to use it as a laptop.

At CES 2018, Razer announced a concept called Project Linda, which is a dock to transform the Razer Phone into an Android gaming laptop. So, when you insert the phone into the place where a mouse would normally be, all the content will be displayed on the touch screen at 4K and 120 Mhz with which Project Linda is equipped. An interesting detail is that being on the laptop, the screen of the Razer Phone will work as a touchpad or secondary screen.

That’s not all since Project Linda will differentiate itself from other smartphone docks by offering 2 key features: an internal battery and 200GB of storage space.

It is important to note that Project Linda is hardly in the concept stage. That is to say, it is a product that is hardly in development and it is possible that it presents several changes if it reaches the market. That said, we’ll keep an eye on it to share all the news about this hardware.
