Project 7 will be the first Remedy game for PlayStation console since 2003

Remedy is currently working on a new multi-platform project known as Project 7 that will come to PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, published by 505 Games. In fact, this is the first game of the Finnish studio for the Sony console since 2003, years of release of Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne for PlayStation 2.
A few hours ago, we reported that Remedy Entertainment and 505 Games have officially announced their partnership for the construction of a new video game, for now known by the codename of Project 7. The title, which will be a cinematic third person action title, will mark the return of the Finnish team also on the Sony console after a very long period of time.
Going to consult the list of video games signed by the team of Sam Lake and companions, we note that the last appeared on PlayStation consoles was Max Payne 2 that, in 2003, arrived on PC, Xbox and PlayStation 2.
After developing the sequel to Max Payne, Remedy has focused on Alan Wake, Alan Wake’s American Nightmare and Quantum Break, in addition to developing Death Rally Remastered and Agents of Storm for iOS, as reported on the wiki page of the studio.
Project 7 will be an action game in the cinematic third person made with Northlight engine, the same engine used for Quantum Break. Other details are not known at this time.
