Prey: Multiple Endings and Longevity of the game detailed
Ricardo Bare, lead designer of Arkane Studios, has recently revealed some details about the multiple ending of Prey and the longevity of the game, of course, naturally it varies according to your skills and how to approach the adventure.
Arkane Studios, creators of the beautiful Dishonored 2, are engaged in the realization of a prestigious license, to revive the old emotions of the first Prey. Not a sequel, not a remake but a “new” game, a kind of reboot enhanced by the skill of the French team of Arkane.
Recently, The lead designer of Prey, Ricardo Bare, said about its longevity and the different endings in the game. These are the words of Bare: “With all the games like this that we work on, the amount of time varies widely depending on the style of the player but we’ve done a lot of playtests with people, and typically play times clock in around 16 to 22, 20 hours.”
“Without giving you spoilers, I would describe the endings as essentially two main branches. You’re gonna be making some pretty big decisions about the space station and the people aboard the space station. But then within those main branches, there are tons of permutations, and a lot of it has to do with what you did and how you treated survivors that you encounter,” said Bare speaking with Twinfinite.
Recall that Prey will be available from May 5 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
