Pokemon 2019 for Switch Will Be A Completely New Game and Will Introduce New Pocket Monsters
In addition to Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee and Let’s Go Pikachu, Game Freak is also developing a new main episode of the series, coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019. The President of the company has revealed some details about the Pokemon 2019 game on the pages of the latest issue of Famitsu.
Tsunekazu Ishihara, president of The Pokémon Company, has been interviewed in the latest issue of the Japanese magazine Weekly Famitsu, which has just arrived at the Japanese kiosks. In his remarks, Ishihara has talked about the next installment in the main series of Pokémon that will reach Nintendo Switch in the second half of 2019.
Tsunekazu Ishihara confirms the launch window that was already announced (second half of 2019) and makes it known that the new Pokemon 2019 RPG is a completely new project and will include many new pocket monsters. In fact it will please lovers of previous chapters, and will also have the best graphics ever seen to date for a game in the series.
According to what has been revealed, Pokemon for Switch will kick off the eighth generation of monsters, the launch is scheduled for the Christmas season next year while for 2018 Game Freak will focus on Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee, coming on 16 November at the same time worldwide.
