Will Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy be released in absolute exclusive on PlayStation 4? In the past, Sony’s Irish division spoke of exclusive time, while today a promotional email from PlayStation UK reports the title labeled as “PlayStation 4 Exclusive”.
After many rumors and doubts regarding the effective exclusivity of Crash Bandicoot Trilogy N. Sane, today comes the confirmation directly from PlayStation UK that the known platformer remake for PlayStation One is actually in development solely for PlayStation 4.
In recent months there has appeared rumors about a possible arrival of the title on PC and even on Xbox One, but apparently, however, this was actually a huge hoax.
PlayStation UK has recently sent a newsletter with upcoming releases for PS4, among which we find Uncharted: The Lost Legacy (reported as exclusive PS4), Farpoint and Starblood Arena (both exclusive to PlayStation VR) as well as Crash Bandicoot Trilogy N. Sane, which is also highlighted as “PS4 Exclusive”, in contrast to what was communicated in the past from PlayStation Ireland.
Crash Bandicoot Trilogy N. Sane could also run at 4K and 60 fps on PS4 Pro. In the past it was already rumored about this possibility, but it was never confirmed.
Activision has not yet ruled out anything on the case, remember that the launch of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is scheduled for June 30, currently only exclusive to PlayStation 4.
