There are two types of reimbursement requests for pre-orders, depending on the date on which the content was pre-ordered.
- Pre-order with more than 14 days in advance:
For pre-orders made more than 14 days before the publication of the content, you can request a refund at any time up to the date of publication of the content itself.
- Pre-order with less than 14 days in advance:
If the pre-order was made less than 14 days in advance, you can request a refund up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
Refunds for Subscriptions:
After purchasing a subscription for PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Now or Spotify Premium, you have 14 days to request a refund. Free trial periods also fall within the 14-day refund window.
For subscription services, the reimbursement amount varies depending on how much you have used the service. As an example, if you purchase a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription and request a refund seven days after the date of purchase, the refund amount can be reduced to reflect any use made of the subscription.
Although it is possible to cancel a subscription service at any time, it will remain active until the end of the billing period. By canceling or deactivating the automatic renewal, future payments of the subscription fees will be interrupted but, beyond the initial cancellation period of 14 days, no refund will be received for payments already made.
