PlayStation 4 New 5.53 Firmware Update Available Now

Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the availability of the new 5.53 firmware update for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro, now available for download with a file size of 443 MB.
The update does not include new content but is limited to solving minor problems of the operating system and to improve the stability of the same during the use of some applications not better specified. This update is released only to optimize the system a bit more for the arrival of God of War, the exclusive title of PlayStation 4.
To update the console to 5.53 it can be done from the same machine in the Settings tab and then clicking on system update. If you want to upgrade your PlayStation 4 in offline mode, you must visit the website of PS4 system updates and download the software 5.53, that while writing this entry is not yet published.
The latest “Major Update”, the firmware 5.50 has brought many new features such as the system of Supersampling, UI of the improved library, custom wallpapers via USB stick, management of game time and improvements to the notification system.
No details are given at the moment about the next big software update 6.0, expected to arrive later this year on PS4 and PS4 Pro.
