PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Xbox One Preload Is Not Possible


We are only one day away from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds making its long-awaited debut on Xbox One and it is very likely that you are willing to play it from the first moment it is available. Unfortunately, it will not be possible, since the title will not have preload.

In a blog post, Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, the programming director of Xbox LIVE, explained that, as it is an Xbox Game Preview title, PUBG will not have preload. Thus, it is not possible to pre-order the title in digital format and you will have to wait until it is available in your country to start downloading it.

A detail that you must take into account is that PUBG will not debut simultaneously worldwide, but will do so in a staggered manner. Thus, the first players to join the action will be the players in Australia, while the video games community in the United States, Canada and others will have to wait a little longer.
