People Can Fly Would Like To Make Bulletstorm 2

If you are a fan of frantic shooters it is possible that the mention of Bulletstorm brings you nice memories, both in its original version and in the remastered one. Being one of the most celebrated proposals of People Can Fly, questions about Bulletstorm 2 are inevitable and recently Sebastian Wojciechowski spoke about that possibility.
During an interview with Eurogamer, Sebastian Wojciechowski, CEO of People Can Fly, spoke about a possible new release of Bulletstorm 2, given the success and recognition that the studio won with the first title.
In that sense, the manager made it clear that, for the moment, People Can Fly is busy with Outriders, cooperative shooter that will be published by Square Enix, however, he recognized the interest that there is for the return of Bulletstorm: “We are, as you can see [with the remaster and the Switch version], still holding this IP deep in our hearts. We want this IP to have its second life. We’re still not sure what that means but obviously since this is our IP – we own the IP – and the IP is known and has its fans, we would like to do something about it.”
Subsequently, Wojciechowski said that beyond the idea of doing something with Bulletstorm there is nothing yet, so he cannot talk about concrete plans, but stressed that the possibility of seeing Bulletstorm 2 depends on the market environment that exists around the franchise: “There are no immediate plans to come back to this IP, taking into consideration our current effort on Outriders, but if we think about PCF in the longer-run, then obviously it would be awesome to come back to this IP. We just need to think about how to make sure the audience will be bigger than [Bulletstorm 1’s], and that’s something we would need to work a bit more on going forward with this IP. If we decide to ever come back to it!”
