Will the new strategy of your Overwatch team requires a new type of character support? We have some great news for you. Blizzard announced that Ana, the sharpshooter who can heal their allies and their sleeping enemies, is now available in Overwatch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Overwatch Ana

As we have informed you, Ana is a supporting character who has a long-range rifle that can be used to heal allies and damage foes. Likewise, her grenade heals and does damage while also preventing enemies from being healed for a short range of time. Ana also has temporary abilities to put an enemy to sleep, while her Ultimate provides a teammate with damage, movement speed, and damage resistance buffs.

Ana public tests in Overwatch began in early July, but her official debut happened earlier this week on PC. That said, her arrival in consoles was a real surprise because Blizzard did not announce anything about it.

It is important to note that through its official Twitter account, Blizzard announced that several users had problems using Ana on Xbox One. For this reason, the developer temporarily disabled character on the console of Microsoft. In addition, Blizzard revealed that the update had another small problem on both platforms: the ice walls of Mei lasted a little more than they should. Fortunately, the studio found the solution to these problems quickly, and players can now enjoy Overwatch smoothly.

It is important to note that this update also includes balance changes that improve people like D.Va and Zenyatta, but had a negative impact on others like Symmetra and Torbjörn, whose turrets cause 30% less damage.

Overwatch arrived in late May to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. What do you think of this update? Tell us in the comments below.
