The Closed Beta of Overkill’s The Walking Dead, the first-person shooter developed by the Payday series based on the famous AMC television series, has been available for a few days ago.
The gameplay video, which we have published at the bottom of this article, was captured by the GameSpot head that had access to the test phase, available exclusively for PC players. The video allows you to take a look at the first mission available in the beta, in which a fierce assault by the zombies occurs against a group of four players who desperately try to work together to survive and repel the threat.
Please note that access to the closed beta on PC is limited to players who have pre-purchased Overkill’s The Walking Dead on Steam. Fans who pre-purchase the standard version of the game (priced at $59.99) will get an invitation to take part in the closed beta.
The pre-purchase of the Deluxe Edition, which also includes the Night Raid skin pack with a digital art book and the soundtrack (priced at €67.99), will entitle you to four invitations, to be shared with friends, to participate in the closed beta.
