Outcast: Second Contact Debut Trailer Revealed

Bigben and Studio Appeal publish today the first trailer of Outcast: Second Contact, an action-adventure game that will transport you into an extraordinary alien world. The game will be available this fall on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The video offers a quick overview of the wild landscapes of the planet Adelpha, a fascinating world, as beautiful as dangerous, cradle of an advanced alien civilization. The player will play Cutter Slade, a former Navy SEAL, and he will move within an open world, alive and lush, where every choice will have consequences on the world itself.

Welcomed by the people of Adelpha as the “Ulukaï” a messiah of an ancient prophecy, the player will face the formidable soldiers of a bloody tyrant, using an arsenal of devastating weapons constantly changing. To save the Earth he will also need to save Adelpha: the fate of both worlds will therefore be in your hands.

In a not too distant future, mankind has discovered it was not alone in the universe, or rather in the universes. But unfortunately, the first contact with the extraterrestrial turns into a disaster when the probe sent by the US government is destroyed by the inhabitants of a world called Adelpha. The incident gives rise to a power failure that threatens to destroy the Earth. You are now Cutter Slade, a former elite soldier sent on a mission to Adelpha to prevent this catastrophe.

Outcast: Second Contact is the remake for devices and next-generation consoles of Outcast. Being first open world 3D title of the story and pioneer of video games of adventure and modern action, the original game has won more than 100 awards, including that of “Adventure Game of the Year.”
