Oculus still says nothing about the price of the VR headset and does not indicate a precise date of availability but promises to do so at the opening of pre-orders. For now, we already know that the Oculus Rift headset will ship with the game Lucky’s Tale and EVE: Valkyrie.

However, for the Oculus Touch controllers that were to be launched at the same time as the headset, the company has already indicated that by postponing the launch in the second half of 2016 to bring their new optimizations.

Despite the opening of pre-orders, though it is unclear how much it will cost to acquire the heladset. No price is announced for the moment, although several rumors predict prices ranging from 3500 and 500 dollars. However, it will be armed with a powerful PC to properly turn onto the VR headset. The CEO of the group had announced in May that it would take about $1,000 PC build for an “optimal experience” of Oculus Rift.
