NPD Group released its monthly sales report for the United States for November 2017. It revealed that Call of Duty WWII, the shooter of Sledgehammer Games and Activision, was a hit in its release month. In fact, its popularity is so great that it is positioned as the best-selling game so far this year.
That’s not all since Call of Duty WWII is the title that has generated more consumer spending in its launch month since Call of Duty: Black Ops II, a title that debuted in November 2012. With this, Call of Duty is the franchise that has generated more revenue in this area since the NPD Group has a record of the industry.
With the above, Activision Blizzard became the company that consumed the most expenses in November 2017. It also remains the distributor that has sold the most so far this year.
