Nintendo Switch will be compatible with external drives in the future
As it is known already, the Nintendo Switch has an internal memory of 32GB, which can be increased through the use of microSD cards, but in the future it will also be possible to use external hard drives with the hybrid device.
Before laying hands on the console, Nintendo Spain explained its main characteristics and gave some additional details, which had not been commented on the global presentation. As reported, Nintendo Switch has an internal memory of 32GB which can be expanded with microSD cards, but also in the future, it will be also compatible with external hard drives.
The external drives will be connected to the Nintendo Switch dock via the USB inputs, and will allow us to store various contents. This feature does not yet have an expected date, and it is only known till now that it will arrive after the launch of the console, along with the functionality to share the videos.
Previously, we have also already known that the platform supports microSDXC cards up to 256GB of data. No doubt it is a good figure for those who decide to buy this type of cards for having thought to acquire numerous titles in digital format.
In the left Joy-Con there is a capture button, where we can capture and share images, but in the future this button will also allow us to record and share our videos. This feature is not yet known when it will arrive.
