Nintendo provides Super Mario Run Pricing details
Super Mario Run is scheduled to arrive on mobile devices in December, and so now Nintendo has shared new details about this game, especially regarding the price and launch regions where this title will be available.
Super Mario Run is preparing for a worldwide launch, planned for the month of December. At the last meeting with investors, Nintendo announced that Super Mario Run will be released on iOS in 150 countries worldwide. The game will be initially exclusive for iOS smartphone; Android version is in development, but currently does not have a launch window.
In the financial presentation this week, Tatsumi Kimishima said that despite the start of Super Mario Run is free, as you advance in the game, you will need to pay to unlock all its content. With this plan, Nintendo wants the players to pay in advance and then not to worry to access all areas of the game.
Nintendo has not announced what is the price for this game, but using the words “our current plan”, thinks that the company still does not define 100% of the business plan implemented with this game that was announced at the presentation of iPhone in July.
Another important fact is that Super Mario Run will be available in 150 countries during its launch on iPhone and iPad. The above figure range they had shared previously was for 100 countries.
Super Mario Run will first appear on iOS systems but will also arrive afterwards to Android devices.
