0 415

After a discreet debut and unexpected success, NieR Automata became an object of desire for all platforms. Initially, the title developed by PlatinumGames and published by Square Enix debuted on PS4 and a short time later on PC.

Obviously, Xbox One users wondered if at some point they could enjoy the work of Yoko Taro and Yosuke Saito; the answer was negative but that would be close to change because he has revealed very important information in this regard.

The French video game site Jeuxvideo, presented an article in which it reports information obtained by reliable sources, who say that NieR Automata is on its way to Xbox One.

The publication highlights the fact that there is no exclusivity agreement between Sony, Square Enix and PlatinumGames and given the success that the title has had, it has been decided to take it to the Microsoft console as soon as possible. That was all the information shared by the site, but after the inevitable questioning, something interesting happened.

The author of the article, known in the French media as Epyon, responded to the questioning of the fans on his official Twitter account and there he reported that he does not usually publish news obtained from anonymous sources and when he has done so it is because there is a way to corroborate that the information is true. In this sense, the author was forceful in declaring: “If today there is a publication, it is because I trust in my source and I have done the verification work that allows me to grant that trust.”

After these statements, the hype of fans of NieR Automata was lit more, because the original note was updated and ensured that new sources have confirmed that, effectively, the game will reach Xbox One. Like all information of this type, it is important to maintain prudence and wait for official announcements, so we will have to wait before celebrating.

What do you think about this rumor? Will NieR: Automata be one of the Japanese games promised by Phil Spencer for Xbox One?
