Yoshi was one of the great titles that was not presented during the January 11th Nintendo Mini Direct, focused mainly on the news coming in during the spring.
Does this mean that the game will be releasing at a later period? Probably yes because a first confirmation seems to come from the lists of Amazon Italy.
According to the famous retailer, Yoshi for Nintendo Switch will be available from June 29, 2018, a date perhaps too precise to be a simple placeholder, although at the moment the news is to be taken with due precautions pending for official confirmation or denial from the publisher.
It is possible that Nintendo has chosen the summer as the release date of Yoshi Switch, as in spring we will see the arrival of games such as Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, Kirby Star Allies, and Mario Tennis Aces.
In recent news, eighteen placeholders of products not yet announced for Switch had emerged, the Gamestop store has in its catalog six spaces to identify, all related to the Nintendo console.
As seen in the leaked photo, shown above, on the list of upcoming Switch releases there are six mysterious “Available SKU” for Nintendo Switch, all placed for December 31, 2018, or the classic placeholder date for the games expected during the year.
It could, therefore, be, also, in this case, new games for Switch not yet been announced.
