Here’s A New Nintendo Switch XL Version

0 108

If you are one of those who thinks that the screen of the Nintendo Switch is very small then pay attention, since a YouTuber has created its own version of Nintendo Switch XL that would be an extra large console with portable features.

That’s right, My Mate Vince, a YouTube user, created a Nintendo Switch XL using a 15.5-inch 1080p monitor that is powered by a 12-volt battery via USB. In addition, another battery of 5 volts is responsible for giving power to the console through a dock made by third parties. You can check out the new version of the console in the video posted at the bottom of this news.

To place the Joy-Cons, Vince had to remove the contacts from the console to screw them to the 15.5-inch monitor. In this way, you can hold this huge monitor like a normal Switch console. According to this person, the device weighs around 2.5 kilograms and he had to spend approximately $482 USD.

Vince pointed out that this is a simple prototype, but said that if it becomes popular enough then he could create a version that is “thinner and more portable”.

What do you think about this? Would you like to have a Nintendo Switch over 15 inches? Or are you comfortable with the current design of the console? Let us know about your opinion in the comments below.
