New Game of Fumito Ueda Re-appears on A Greeting Card
Nobody knows what is the new project of Fumito Ueda, the Japanese master to whom we owe Ico, Shadow of the Colossus and The Last Guardian, despite the publication of a teaser image at the beginning of the year.
Today, however, another image emerged, used for a new year’s greeting card from genDESIGN, the studio of Ueda. In the image, we can see a girl dressed in white in front of what appears to be an altar of stone. There is a girl who is taking a rest on the altar.
Behind her, there is a strong light whose source is not explained, while around some birds are flying. In the lower part of the image, under a staircase, there is what appears to be a creature, even if it is difficult to define it with any certainty.
You can take a look at the image below:
Now that genDESIGN and Team Ico are mastering the technology of the PS4 and getting off to a good start, we hope that the development cycle would certainly be much faster than Shadow Of The Colossus (5 years) or The Last Guardian (7 years).
