New Assassin’s Creed alleged offscreen image leaked?

0 111

A Reddit user has posted a mysterious offscreen image that seems to reveal the star in the next episode of Assassin’s Creed, ostensibly set in ancient Greece, at least judging by the photos that you can find below these lines.

On Reddit, a new image appeared recently that could belong to the next chapter of Assassin’s Creed. The photo was published about a month ago, but only in the past few hours was relaunched by multiple users.

As you can see in the image above, it is a offscreen picture that portrays the possible protagonist of the next game in the  Ubisoft series. Surprisingly, the clothing and shield seem to belong more to the era of ancient Greece than Egypt, the latter rumored for some time as a possible setting of the new Assassin’s Creed.

The image does not seem to leave room for many doubts about the possible setting of the game, although the most likely hypothesis for months now is that of a title set in Ancient Egypt.

Of course it is possible that the capture could be a fake, according to some recent rumors, the next episode of the Ubisoft series will be titled as Assassin’s Creed Egypt and will arrive later this year on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, with planned submission during the spring.

Recall that this is just a rumor, nothing official has been announced so far. We invite you therefore to take this news with proper precaution, and wait for any official announcements from Ubisoft.

Even though the image could very well be a fake, but what do you think? Would you like a similar character in the next Assassin’s Creed? Let us know in the comment section below.
