Netflix’s The Witcher Will Include “Bathtub” Scene of Wild Hunt Game
Being a series related to a video game, The Witcher of Netflix will have memorable moments that will surely bring a smile to those who enjoyed the story of Geralt of Rivia on consoles and PC.
However, among many moments, there is one that became legendary not so much for its weight in history, but for its curiosity that gave rise to endless jokes and memes. Fortunately, the production team has confirmed that said moment will be included.
During an interview with io9 Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, executive producer of The Witcher series that will debut on Netflix this year, revealed that the emblematic moment when Geralt of Rivia takes a shower in a bathtub during The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will have a presence in the first season.
However, the producer did not ensure that the scene is as we saw it in the video game: “There is a bathtub this season. I won’t tell you who’s in the bathtub, but there’s a bathtub.”
A few days ago, Netflix released the first trailer of The Witcher series and from there the information began to flow in greater quantity. Recently Lauren Schmidt Hissrich revealed that the content of the first season will be inspired by the short stories of Andrzej Sapkowski and not so much in the video game adaptation of CD Projekt RED.
Recall that The Witcher Season 1 will start with its streaming in late 2019.
