Electronic Arts avoided showing the new Need for Speed during E3 2019 to make the announcement a bit later – it is believed that during Gamescom 2019 -. That has not prevented any detail from leaking, such as the name of the game: Need for Speed Heat.

The Austrian retailer Gameware has listed to reserve Need for Speed Heat in its versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The cover would be provisional – in fact, it is simply called Need for Speed 2019 – with a McLaren P1.

The listing no longer shows any information, no release date, but offers a 2019 launch window, suggesting the game may arrive later this year. EA had already confirmed that a new Need For Speed title would be released this fall, but decided not to go further with information during E3 2019.

Unfortunately, no other details have been revealed. However, it is noteworthy that earlier this year, the developers of the game stated that the game will bring back the electrifying police chases that marked the franchise, so get ready to destroy lots and lots of cars.

When the development team announced that they would not be showing the game at E3, they suggested through a blog post that they would reveal everything during this year’s Gamescom 2019.
