Mortal Kombat XL will come with new special moves and additional characters for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It’s previous installment sold 5 million copies worldwide.
The gaming division of Warner Bros. announced the launch of the latest game of Mortal Kombat XL, the complete edition of the 2015 successful series, which goes on sale this March 4 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, both in physical format as well as in digital format.
Mortal Kombat XL will be the main attraction that will feature all of their game DLC, including the upcoming downloadable content, Kombat Pack 2, as well as Kombat Pack 1 which also forms part of additional characters who left their mark on the horror genre, such as the Predator, Jason Voorhees (Tuesday 13), Leatherface (The slaughter of Texas), Alien and other downloadable content that allowed us to play even with the iconic monster of four arms: Goro.
For the tenth game, NetherRealm study decided to do even more fluid gameplay, adapting the graphics for the next generation consoles and incorporating new “Fatalities,” the final movement in which the winner of the bout kills his opponent in a brutal and savage way. All these copliments made Mortal Kombat X to sell 5 million copies in October and was throned as the most successful title in the series, following its launch in April last year.
