Mortal Kombat 11 Switch Requires Day-One Update of 16 GB, Total Size Over 22 GB

Today precisely, we get information about the Nintendo Switch version of Mortal Kombat 11, which apparently will have a download slightly lower than expected, but then a fairly substantial day-one update patch will be added.
According to reports, Mortal Kombat 11 will require a huge day-one update digitally for Nintendo Switch. Apparently, when buying the game in the digital version we will install a game file with 6.54 GB, which is probably the same size as its corresponding version in physical format. Once this data is downloaded, the game will ask for an update to the version of day-one and its size will be much more: 15.9 GB to be exact.
The final size is more suited to what we expected to have this next-generation title on Nintendo Switch: about 22 GB. You already know that on Nintendo Switch it is extremely advisable to buy a memory card of at least 64 GB, which alternated with the internal memory, adds up to a total memory of almost 100 GB.
Mortal Kombat 11, the new installment of the acclaimed fighting franchise, is already around the corner, and that is why they are finalizing the details of its launch in just a couple of weeks. Netherrealm and Warner Bros. Games today released a new Television Ad of Mortal Kombat 11, which combines real action scenes with some spectacular cinematics. And it is precisely because of this cinematics, Kitana as a playable character was revealed in the new release of the fighting saga.
