Monster Hunter World Exceeds 7.5 Million Copies Sold Worldwide

The beginning of 2018 was very good for all gamers, just a few days before the beginning of the year Monster Hunter World has landed on PS4 and Xbox One marking in this way the first heavyweight game.
The first month of Monster Hunter World’s life was very important from a commercial point of view: from January 26 to February 28, the game has sold 7.5 million copies worldwide, a figure that includes units distributed to retailers and digital downloads from PlayStation Store and Xbox Store.
To date, Monster Hunter World is the best-selling Capcom video game of all time, having surpassed the sales of Resident Evil 5, stopped at 7.3 million units. We also remember that the new Hunting Game of the Osaka house is the best-selling title of PlayStation 4 ever in Japan.
Capcom says it will continue working to meet the needs of all players in Monster Hunter World, which has recently received a proposal to be transferred to Nintendo Switch. Although at the time the company itself seemed to definitely rule out the release currently located on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (although in the fall it will land on PC), an alternative studio has offered to work on the much desired port for the hybrid console.
Monster Hunter World has been very successful, remember that in spring the first free DLC will also come, which will be followed by further content during the following months.
We remind you that Monster Hunter World is also coming in a PC version during the autumn.
