The announcement was made during the latest edition of Nintendo Direct program, where they have revealed some additional details about the game.
Nintendo has few exclusive licenses for their third generation consoles, but it has, usually got have enough clout to compete with some multiplatform titles at the frontline.
A clear example is Monster Hunter, the game that blends action and role play as we perform our particular hunts of giant creatures with very bad mood. With the latest installment of the franchise, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate has incorporated some interesting developments, such as new types of weapon, use of the right stick to New Nintendo 3DS, and for the first time in a version for Nintendo’s portable console, online game for four players will be included.
In the video presentation shown during Nintendo Direct recently, Ryozo Tsujimoto said that one of the main advantage of the project being developed by Capcom, and also explained that the game’s protagonist is a hunter travelling in a caravan of merchants and artisans. During the adventure they will face fearsome monsters, so you will have to devise different strategies and use a range of techniques to defeat them.
The demo of the game will be available throughout the day and allow you to test three different missions with any of the fourteen types of weapon that is offered in the game, including two new additions.
Access to the demo will be sent via email, and include an invitation to three other players who want to join the hunt. The full game will land on February 13th 2015.
