Monolith Software Working on Breath of the Wild 2, Xenoblade Franchise & A New IP

Recently we have witnessed the expansion of the workforce of Monolith Software, which has reached 200 employees within a few months. Now it seems that the software house is about to open a new studio to deal, obviously, with even more demanding projects.
The new studio will be built in the Osaki district, in Shinagawa, and will be the fifth home of the Monolith studio from the foundation. The other studios are located respectively in the neighborhoods of Tokyo, Nahameguro, Iidabashi and Kyoto.
After the news of the opening of a new studio, it is clear that Monolith Software is quite busy, and on several fronts. And, according to job advertisements published by the same software house, we can conclude that there are three projects at stake.
The first would be to support the Aonuma team, currently focused on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild 2. The second would refer to the Xenoblade franchise, but the details are rather scarce in this regard. The third and final project would concern work inside the main studio, a completely new IP.
The rumors initially wanted Monolith to work on Xenoblade Chronicles 3 or on a new game of fantasy-medieval and action-tinged. Incredibly, we could witness the birth of both, although development and publication times need to be understood.
What do you think of this news? But above all, what would you like to see first? A new Xenoblade or a new IP? And what kind of contribution will Monolith be providing to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild 2? Tell us in the comments below.
