For this week, a news was promised around Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, and now we have it already: a closed beta is organized for this game. This applies to the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles. Registration is already open on the official site.

The official site allows choices between the three platforms on which the game will be released (PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4), and you’ll need just an EA account to register. This registration does not guarantee access to the closed beta when it is released, only confirms the description that you may be one of the chosen one. The company also confirms that all the progress made during the test will not be transferred to the final game.

Unfortunately, at the present time there are no exact information given about the closed beta. Therefore it is unclear when they take place and what all type of content it will have. A fantastic story trailer called “I Am Faith” completes the message that you can see below.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is one of the next big titles from Electronic Arts. Developed by Swedish studio DICE, this is a sequel that was connected with the one released in 2008. Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be released on May 24, 2016 the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
