Microsoft is looking to expand its internal talent and start shaping the future of its studios, so the Xbox division can showcase major titles more often.
A recent job offer tells us that Microsoft is already preparing a team in Santa Monica, United States of America, to increase internal talent and create a culture of development.
Xbox is looking for a person to become an executive producer, with the ability to help grow the team and the studio, being able to work in Southern California in hiring employees according to production needs.
Managing the studio, talking about creative insights for programmers and investors so the company can build a new property, lead a team that can track development with internal or external studios, and work to streamline efforts are some of the requirements Xbox is asking for to the candidates.
“Ensure the titles maintains or exceed creative and technical objectives with each milestone and release,” is another Microsoft requirement, suggesting they want high-quality games.
Microsoft wants people with experience in developing high-quality, AAA-branded games with knowledge and understanding of what it takes to build a new intellectual property.
So, it seems that Microsoft is looking for someone who will lead a new Xbox team in creating a new series. What do you think about this news? Tell us in the comments below.
