Konami knows very well that summer is here, and so, decided to launch an update for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain adding costumes to keep your staff from your Forward Operating Base look totally cool.
While waiting for confirmation on the alleged Definitive Edition of the game, Konami has released a summer themed update for the online multiplayer segment of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, bringing swimsuits for fighters afflicted by the heat.
That’s right, Konami has decided to launch different designs of swimwear so that your team is fresh to face rivals who want to infiltrate. Or if you prefer, you can also wear your swimsuit to attack your enemies in their own bases and make fun of them.
The bad news is that these swimsuits may not be used for your main team in Mother Base, so you have to go to the online mode to do your research for scientific purposes.
Available for all platforms, this update also introduces some adjustments to the gameplay but essentially, the highlight are the new facts.
Konami said that the update is already available in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.
So let’s see some pictures of the new summer outfits that fighters can use to infiltrate the enemy and their own Mother Base, although apparently the optical camouflage seems inevitably ruined with such clothing.
