David Hayter, Robin Atkin Downes and other voice actors of Metal Gear Solid teased the fans’ curiosity on Twitter, publishing a series of messages that hinted at the arrival of important news for the series at the Game Awards 2018.
It all started with a tweet of Robin Atkin Downes (voice actor of Kazuhira Miller) in which a post of the official account of The Game Awards is listed, where we can read that “World premieres are a big part of @thegameawards What’s your dream announcement for this year’s show?”
In the days to come a response was followed on social networks with David Hayter (historical voice actor of Solid Snake and Big Boss) and Kris Zimmerman (voice director of all the chapters of the saga), with the publication of phrases like “missions take time to plan” followed by the hashtag “#StayTuned”, to suggest the arrival of important news for the series.
Furthermore, during a live broadcast hosted by The Escapist, David Hayter admitted that something could boil in the pot, but that at the moment it is better to wrap everything up in mystery. Perhaps we’ll know more about the upcoming Game Awards scheduled for December 6th? The Metal Gear Solid saga could receive a remake or a new chapter, despite the absence of Hideo Kojima.
To know this, all that remains is to wait for further details. What do you expect? Tell us in the comments below.
