Mass Effect: Andromeda Early Access will be limited

Due to the doubts that surfaced about the anticipated early access of Mass Effect: Andromeda from EA/Origin Access subscribers, BioWare confirmed that players will have 10 hours to test the game, but players in the campaign will be only able to reach to some extent in the story.

On March 16th, the Mass Effect: Andromeda Early-Access Test will be open for all those who have an active subscription to EA Access on Xbox One or Origin Access on PC. BioWare is anticipated at the premiere to give us some details about what we can find in this trial period.

“You can play it all in single player if you want, but it is gated (you can’t continue story after a point, but can explore or restart for ex)”, commented producer Fernando Melo on Twitter.

Although perhaps not many knew this, it is precisely the standard in games that arrive in advance to the subscribers of EA/Origin Access. In the case of multiplayer modes they are usually more complete than in single player campaigns.

Last week BioWare made official statements about the cancellation of the Andromeda multiplayer test, but in this early access we can play both the campaign and the online section during the 10 hour limit.

Remember that the early access version will be available from March 16 for Xbox One and PC, if you are subscribing to the EA service; for all the others the space title of Mass Effect: Andromeda will debut the 21 of March.
