As reported by a NeoGAF user, Marvel vs. Capcom 4 could be announced early next month, more precisely during the PlayStation Experience 2016 to be held in Anaheim (California) on 3 and 4 December.
In a short post on the popular forum, the insider has reported that: “I wasn’t going to share this, but enough beating around the bush: a few other GAFers and myself were told about a Marvel vs. Capcom 4 announcement at PSX. I didn’t think it would happen for all of the obvious reasons, but there you go. We’ll know for certain in eight days.”
Capcom could therefore take advantage of the PlayStation Experience 2016 to announce a new chapter in its crossover series, perhaps on the exclusive console of PlayStation 4? We look forward to learn more.
Previously, Jay Ong, vice president of Marvel Games, said that they know many fans of fighting games are asking for Marvel vs. Capcom 4, but he has been unable to confirm whether or not this will end up happening.
According to affirmations by YogaFlame24, Owner of a well-known specialized channel in Street Fighter canal, the game is a reality and testing will begin next year. He has not provided more information unless you trust its source.
So apparently Marvel Vs Capcom 4 is definitely happening. Early testing will begin next year. Lets see..

The license of Capcom with Marvel expired in 2013 and since then the company has been unable to make changes to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 – in fact, had to withdraw from the shops and their DLC -, so that could not solve many of the problems that affect the game balance.
