Today, VooFoo Studios has released new information about the Nintendo Switch version of Mantis Burn Racing.
Nintendo’s current home console continues to amass a decent game library. Since last September, VooFoo Studios announced that it is working on a racing title for this platform. This is Mantis Burn Racing for Nintendo Switch. Unlike other similar proposals, in this case, the perspective is over, and we have five unique classes of vehicles to choose from.
According to the press release, Mantis Burn Racing will run at 60 fps in both TV and portable mode on Nintendo Switch. In addition, the developer confirmed that the title will offer support to cross-play with PC users and Xbox One.
In case of split screens with three or four players, the frame rate will drop to 30 fps, while it will vary from 30 fps to 60 fps in the case of two users.
We remind you that Mantis Burn Racing is an arcade style game but also features some strategic elements to succeed in winning. In addition to multiplayer modes, there will also be an extensive single-player campaign. The Switch edition will also include the previously launched DLC extensions.
Currently, the game is available for Windows PC, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One. Mantis Burn Racing will arrive by the end of the year on Switch.
At the moment, the software house did not specify a release date, but the title should soon arrive on Nintendo’s eShop.
