Luigi’s Mansion 3 Confirms Paid DLC
We enter the important line of year-end releases and one of them is Luigi’s Mansion 3. Although we already know the game modes and the diverse content that it will have, there are still surprises to be revealed, because everything indicates that Nintendo has prepared post-launch content for the title, in the form of paid DLC.
The information is official, since this time it comes from Nintendo. A few hours after launching the Luigi’s Mansion 3 site on Nintendo eShop, it was striking that at the end of the page they confirmed that there will be paid DLC for the game.
“Paid DLC will come to Luigi’s Mansion 3 in the future, adding new content to the ScareScraper and ScreamPark multiplayer modes,” reads the page.
Although many may think that this may be natural, it attracts attention because it is the first time that DLC is coming to Luigi’s new adventure. What we mean is that before the developers had already confirmed that there would be no DLC to expand the main story, but nothing had been said about the other ways that the title will include.
That said, it is unknown what kind of content will be added. The Tower of Challenges is a time trial mode in which you can play with up to 7 more users and together they must complete challenges on the tower’s multiple floors. On the other hand, in Luigi against Luigi you will face a Luigi team and a Gomiluigi team to see which one is the one that wins the most ghosts or completes different challenges. Thus, we think that DLC could be cosmetic.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 will debut on October 31 exclusively for Nintendo Switch. Did you expect Luigi’s Mansion 3 to have paid DLC? Do you consider buying it? Tell us in the comments below.
