Since Kingdom Hearts III debuted in January, many have shouted for a Critical Mode. In case you do not know, it is a game mode that stands out for offering a really big challenge for players. If you are waiting for it, you will be glad to know that it has a release date; however, it will not be exactly what you expect.
We are going in parts: by means of a publication on the official Twitter account of Kingdom Hearts III, Square Enix announced that the Critical Mode for Kingdom Hearts III will be released tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23. That said, it has not been revealed at what time this update will arrive.
In the publication, Tetsuya Nomura, director of the game pointed out that the Critical Mode for the title will be different: “We’ve changed things up from the previous games, so I hope you enjoy.” Unfortunately, he did not go into detail, so we have no idea what he is referring to with these changes. So, we do not know if the fans will see it as something good or something bad.
The good news is that Tai Yasua, co-director of the game, spoke about the Critical Mode weeks ago. Although he did not go deeper, thanks to his statements we know that he will give us more tactical confrontations, in addition to allowing us to use new skills.
Kingdom Hearts III is available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. And you, are you excited about the arrival of the Critical Mode to the game? Tell us in the comments below.
