Deep Silver and Tripwire Interactive have now announced that the PS4 version of Killing Floor 2 has reached gold status and has been completed for output.

After the success of the open beta on PlayStation 4, where many players have had the chance to try on the console the frenetic, bloody coop gameplay for the first time, Deep Silver and Tripwire Interactive are pleased to announce that Killing Floor 2 has entered officially in the Gold stage.

Killing Floor 2 is developed by Tripwire Interactive and distributed by Deep Silver as well as Iceberg Interactive for the PlayStation 4 Pro, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Tripwire is also happy to reveal that in these days before the full release of the title, the sales of Steam Early Access for Killing Floor 2 have exceeded 1 million units, making it one of the best-selling titles on Steam Early Access.

The feedback from the community during the Early Access period was really important for the team in the total output preparation of the title, and beyond.

Killing Floor 2 was developed by Tripwire Interactive and will be published by Deep Silver and Iceberg Interactive for PlayStation 4 Pro, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game will be available worldwide on November 18.

About the Game:

In KILLING FLOOR 2 players descend into continental Europe where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech’s failed experiment has quickly spread and gained unstoppable momentum, essentially paralyzing the European Union. Just one month after the conclusion of the events in the original KILLING FLOOR, the specimen clones are everywhere and civilization is in disarray; communications have failed, governments have collapsed, and military forces have been systematically eradicated. The people of Europe know survival and self-preservation too well and lucky survivors have gone into hiding.
