Joy-Con battery could last for 20 hours on a single charge
One of the questions that were still in the air after the huge amount of information that has been revealed to us on the Nintendo Switch in the last 24 hours, was the one that had to do with the battery of Joy-Con, for which, it looks like, has been completely cleared and to our surprise, there’s pretty good news.
According to various media reports that were present at the presentation event of Nintendo Switch held in the city of New York on Friday 13 January, some employees of the company confirmed that the battery of Joy-Con will last approximately 20 hours on a single charge, this clearly, depending on what actions are being done with the innovative controllers of the Switch.
The information was entrusted by a representative of Nintendo to the editor at IGN Jose Otero. The latter has attended the event, held at New York, organized by Nintendo and relayed the information on his Twitter account. “For those wondering, Nintendo told me the JoyCon can last for 20 hours on a single charge,” were the words of Otero on his Twitter profile.
The data is quite surprising, because they doubted about the capacity of the stack of these controllers by the sophisticated system of vibration with which they count, not to mention the depth and motion sensor that they use to function with games like 1-2 Switch or Arms.
