0 303

There seem to be good reasons why you should not leave your house this weekend, as Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced that Injustice 2 will be available for free on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

That’s right, from this day until April 15, the console players can download the standard version of Injustice 2 at no extra cost. The only requirement to enjoy this promotion is to have an Xbox LIVE Gold or PlayStation Plus subscription.

To download Injustice 2 you just have to find the game in your console store and there you will get an option to install it. The game requires 27.77 GB on PlayStation 4 and 33.19 GB on Xbox One. Remember that this is the standard version, so it will be impossible to play with the DLC characters unless you buy the packages separately.

In related information, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released Injustice 2 Legendary Edition for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC at the end of March. It is a package that includes the base version of the game and all the DLC characters released so far. Therefore, this edition allows you to play with Darkseid, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-Zero, Black Manta, Raiden, Hellboy, The Atom, Enchantress and the Ninja Turtles.

Finally, we remind you that this weekend you can also play other titles for free. Check the list of titles available for free below:

1. Play Ghost Recon: Wildlands free on consoles and PC
2. Test Halo 5: Guardians free on Xbox One
3. Free download of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition on Xbox One and PC
