Everything good should end at some point, and that applies to the Beta of Injustice 2, because this day NetherRealm has announced that the trial period will come to an end on 21 February.
In a publication on Facebook, the studio said that after 3 weeks, they have obtained the necessary information to improve the Injustice 2 multiplayer section, so Beta will finish the following week.
“Thanks to all of our players who took part in the Injustice 2 online beta,” said NetherRealm. “We received a great deal of data that will help make the launch of our online modes the best they can be. Now it is time to get busy implementing the changes. That means unfortunately we will be turning off the beta on Tuesday February 21st. Get your games in this weekend!”.
Surely this will be bad news for players who registered and could not access the Beta. It should be remembered that the testing phase began on January 25, and just as planned, will end after a month.
Recently, NetherRealm has also announced new characters for the title, we refer to Poison Ivy, Cheeta and Black Canary. Also, creative director Ed Boon commented that the mobile version of Injustice 2 will feature a new combat system.
Injustice 2 will debut on May 16 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
