Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak New Story Trailer Revealed

Blackbird Interactive has released a new story trailer for Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak which shows the enemy forces that players will face, the Gaalasien. You can check out the video posted on the YouTube channel of Gearbox Software at the end of this article.

The ground-based sci-fi RTS (as defined) title will be published on 20 January. Of course it is already opened for pre-order on Steam. All those who choose to book the game will get a free copy of Homeworld Remastered Collection.
Please note that previously the game was known as Hardware: Shipbreakers before developer Blackbird Interactive signed an agreement with Gearbox Software to make it part of the Homeworld series.
For this new episode of Homeworld, Blackbird Interactive leaves the space battles to give us a real-time strategy game anchored on solid ground. Billed as a prequel, the Desert of Khuruk should tell us the adventures of Rachel S’Jet and his expedition across the desert which gives its name to the game, and give new information about the universe portrayed in Homeworld 1 and 2.
As was the case in previous games, this new Homeworld title offers rich and challenging tactical combat, which will require us to master to perfection not only the units at our disposal, but also the land and its characteristics. An online multiplayer mode will also be there to compete with players worldwide. Homeworld: Desert of Khuruk will be available on PC on 20 January for $49.99.
