Hitman 2 Goes Gold, Game Development Is Completed
With a new message posted on Twitter, IO Interactive is pleased to announce that Hitman 2 has entered the Gold phase. Work on the game has been completed, and now developers can focus on post-launch support.
“We’re incredibly proud and excited to announce that HITMAN 2 has GONE GOLD! November is fast approaching and we can’t wait for the game to be in your hands,” we can read in the tweet of IO Interactive reported at the bottom of the news.
Since the work on the game has been completed, developers can now focus on post-launch support and updates that will be released after the debut of the title. Recall that Hitman 2 will be available from November 13 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
As seen in previous chapters, the new title in the series promises maximum freedom of action and approach to players, allowing us to complete the various missions in different ways. In addition to the single-player campaign, players will have fun with Sniper Assassin, a separate game mode that adds for the first time the co-op in the Hitman series, allowing two players to collaborate online to eliminate their targets.
