In an interview with GI.biz, the legendary creator of Metal Gear Solid, Hideo Kojima, revealed which game the most he is looking forward for 2017. According to the developer, on his list of most anticipated games for next year, is the title of Red Dead Redemption 2.
“Looking ahead, for games, my pick would have to be Red Dead Redemption,” he said when asked what game excites him more that have been announced for the next year.
In fact, the fanaticism of Hideo Kojima for the titles of Rockstar is already known. In 2013, he said that Grand Theft Auto V looked so impressive that it made him “depressed” because he thought his own game, Metal Gear Solid V would not have such a big impact. “Rockstar’s team are the best. Without question they will pull up the possibility of game,” said Kojima on that occasion.
According to what Rockstar Games has said, Red Dead Redemption 2 is scheduled to debut sometime in the fall of 2017. Although what we have seen so far is wonderful, but by the time the developer has not shown any specific details of gameplay.
Moreover, Kojima also revealed which movie is the most expected for next year: Blade Runner 2049. This film will continue the story of Ridley Scott’s classic and will star Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford. This same week a teaser trailer and some images of the movie were revealed.
