We are just a few days before the debut of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, an action title and hack-and-slash developed by Ninja Theory that will arrive on August 8 on PlayStation 4 and PC. Obviously, part of the attention is focused on the performance that the title will have to be deployed on PS4 Pro and in addition to its announcement a few days ago, Ninja Theory revealed how much the game will run on the Sony console.
Tameem Antoniades, co-founder and creative director of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice revealed that the title will run on PlayStation 4 Pro at 1440p and regarding HDR support he mentioned: “Not at launch but it is on our wish list as we would love to see what it can do for a game like this that focuses so much on image quality.”
A few days ago Ninja Theory revealed that players of PS4 Pro may choose to deploy the title at a higher resolution or choose 60 fps.
As Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will also arrive on PC, Antoniades confirmed the support for ultra widescreen 21:9 screens and mentioned, without giving specifications, that we will require a very powerful PC to play the game in all its splendor and we will even receive a notification if our team can reach the goal from 4K to 60 fps.
