Halo Wars: Definitive Edition could release on Steam?

According to the insider “Gamecheat13”, Halo Wars: Definitive Edition would be the finishing line on Steam. On the web there is in fact some leaked image showing the interface of the game, with the Valve platform server connection request.

It seems that Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will arrive on Steam. The information comes from the user “Gamecheat13”, the person who in the past had provided some information about the Halo universe. To confirm his statements, Gamecheat13 has published a post on Twitter attaching a picture that shows the game interface.

Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is currently available on Xbox One and Windows 10 exclusively on the Microsoft Store, the Redmond company has not announced anything regarding the possible appearance of the game on Steam, so we remain to wait for any clarification.

The updated version of Halo Wars was release last February to coincide with Halo Wars 2, at the moment we do not know if there are plans to bring the second episode of the saga on Steam.

At the time Microsoft has not yet commented on the matter. We just have to wait for any official information about it by the Redmond company.
