According to some speculations, after L.A. Noire Rockstar Games could also bring Grand Theft Auto V on Nintendo Switch. The indiscretion comes from the insider Vern, the same guy who predicted the arrival of L.A. Noire on the new Nintendo platform.
L.A. Noire will come on Switch and we have already talked about some features of this particular version. Rockstar Games may also have other projects for the Nintendo’s hybrid console.
According to reports, GTA V’s arrival on Nintendo Switch would be imminent. But why does a NeoGAF post (a source that is usually not gold-plated) has attracted our attention? The author of this post is Vern, a user who in the past had already proven to have some reliable information about Rockstar, such as the existence of the L.A. Noire Nintendo Switch version.
Vern tells that Rockstar Games is thinking of supporting Switch with other projects, and one of them might be Grand Theft Auto V, although it might not exclude GTA VI’s arrival at a priori. At present, it is only speculation, in any case, the company will wait to see the welcome reserved to L.A. Noire before making any decisions about it.
In recent times Nintendo seems to be much more open to third-party relationships and mature titles like DOOM, Wolfenstein: The New Colossus and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that seems to have paved the way for other games from controversial content which hardly finds space on Nintendo consoles. We just have to wait for more, what do you think of this hypothesis? Would you be interested in a GTA V Switch (and therefore also Portable) version?
