Since Sony announced God of War at E3 2016, we have not had much more details about the new adventure of Kratos. Fortunately, that does not mean Santa Monica Studios is having problems; in fact, recently God of War has reached an important stage of development.
Cory Barlog, director of God of War, said on Twitter that the game can be played from start to finish. Unfortunately, this does not necessarily mean that it’s about to debut.
We know this thanks to the fact that on Twitter a player asked Cory Barlog, director of the game, who had grown tired of waiting for news of God of War. The creative replied that he has nothing to worry about, since the director himself recently played the game from beginning to end along with other developers. “Just finished first full play through the leads. Very exciting milestone for us!,” Barlog said.
@filthy_mortze ha. no…there is a whole game here. Just finished first full play through with the leads. very exciting milestone for us!

While this is great news for those who are expecting God of War, the reality is that it does not necessarily mean the title is close to debut. That is, reaching the end of God of War does not mean that all the material of the game is over. Also, you have to consider the possibility that Santa Monica must fix bugs and other errors of the game.
Thus, the only thing left is to wait until 2017 for Sony to share more details on God of War. At the moment, all we know about this title is that it runs at a rate of 30 frames per second, will not have multiplayer and it will not be the last game of Kratos.
