God Of War Director Would Love To Bring the Game on PC
Cory Barlog, the director of God of War for PS4, would like to bring the game on PC, but the decision is upto Sony, as it holds all the rights of the franchise.
After announcing Death Stranding for PC, it was taken by surprise many players all over the world, since it is a title in which Sony has invested heavily with its resources both in terms of money for marketing and technical aspects with the support of Decima Engine of Guerrilla Games.
However, bringing the Kojima game on PC was not too surprising for those players in the industry, since the rumors had already been discussed about it in the past. But in any case, this has alerted many players to think of the possibility of the arrival of other intellectual properties of Sony on PC.
Thus a fan on Twitter would like to play God of War in its native resolution on PC and thus asked the same question to the director of the game, Cory Barlog, in the following manners: “Time for God of War to be playable native on PC sir”. To this, Barlog’s answer was also an interesting one: “You know, I would love that. It is, sadly, a decision far above my paygrade. As is proven on a daily basis, I am no Kojima.”
So, even if it seems that the director wants to see the new title of the Spartan Warrior on PC, but the final decision lies with Sony, that holds all the rights of the franchise. In any case, we would like to let you know that God of War is already playable on PC, as it was recently added in the PlayStation Now catalog. So, all you need to do is subscribe to the PS Now service and play the title in streaming at 720p resolution.
God of War is available on PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro. In recent news, Sony Santa Monica started hiring people who “must have knowledge of God Of War (2018)”.
You know, I would love that. It is, sadly, a decision far above my paygrade. As is proven on a daily basis, I am no Kojima.
