Microsoft recently said about the arrival of an Early Access followed a multiplayer beta for the next installment of the series of Gears of War, currently reserved for the Xbox One (pending a possible confirmation on PC). The dates are announced now.
Revealed as part of E3 2015, Gears of War 4 is the next episode of the famous third person shooter created by Epic Games studio with its graphics engine of Unreal Engine. The Coalition development studio is currently working on the franchise, via Gears of War: Ultimate Edition as well as Gears 4.
Microsoft, the publisher of the game, made some additional details on the game, through the official website of the series. We learn that the players who have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox One and Windows 10 before April 11 will enjoy Early Access to Gears of War 4 from the April 18, 2016.
Thereafter, the Xbox Live Gold subscribers will benefit from access to the playable beta between 24 April and 1 May. This trial version will focus on online multiplayer.
Remember, the final version of Gears of War 4 is expected at the end of 2016 on Xbox One. If multiple tracks suggest that the game will also land on the PC via the Windows Store, Microsoft has not yet formalized the development of this version.
